Aggie Niemiec

Aggie Niemiec has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Alternatives, Inc. since 2018, Aggie has progressed through various HR roles including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes working as Ops Manager/HR at General Cinema from 1993 to 1999. Aggie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Rider University.
