Jason Edwards

Jason Edwards is the CEO and Founder of Alternatives.pe, a data and insights platform for professionals in the Venture Capital, Private Equity, and M&A industry. Prior to this, Jason has held various roles including Partner at Qualgro, Founder of Alternative Investment Advisors, General Counsel at Clearwater Capital Partners, and Partner at Baker & McKenzie. Jason's expertise lies in major projects, corporate, M&A, banking, and finance, with a background in advising on special situations, growth capital, and distressed investing in Asia's emerging economies. Jason holds a LLM and LLB (Hons) in Law from QUT.
