Policy and Advocacy Team

The Policy and Advocacy Team at Alternatives works to influence public policy and promote systemic change that aligns with the organization’s mission. This team conducts research, analyzes policies, and advocates for legislative initiatives that support restorative justice and behavioral health services for young people. Through collaboration with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations, they strive to create a more equitable environment for youth in Chicago.
