Sandra Milena Luna Hernández has held a variety of roles in the past nine years. In 2013, they worked as an Insurance Representative for Rys Agencia de Seguros Ltda /Gobernación del Norte de Santander, where they designed sales strategies, segmentation and direct sales for approximately $700 million pesos per year, increasing the agency's client portfolio by 5% per year in 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2018, they worked for IKEA Group as a Recovery and Checkout Assistant, reviewing, quality control checking and deciding how to best make use of the products returned to the company, counter and warehouse products, as well as securing a fast, easy and customer friendly check out. In 2020, they worked as a Social Team and Social Intervention Projects Coordinator - Contractor for Area Metropolitana de Cúcuta, creating and coordinating the social research team, defining its objectives, phases, and methodologies to be implemented, and the first citizen culture laboratory of Cúcuta and its metropolitan area, implementing strategies to strengthen citizen culture in public spaces. In 2021, they worked as a Project Management Specialist- Contractor for Area Metropolitana de Cúcuta, designing, formulating and monitoring the strategic planning, the action plans and the indicators of the Public Transport’s area, achieving 75% of the plan, the strategic objectives and optimizing 7 procedures of the public transportation area. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager for Alternova Inc. and as a freelancer for Independiente, increasing revenue for 2 small business clients (consulting and decoration business) by 15%, developing their Websites using the Scrum framework and mapping new software features as solutions to their business goals.

Sandra Milena Luna Hernández has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Libre ®, obtained between 2002 and 2007. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Specialization in Social Management from Universidad Simón Bolívar. Additionally, they hold an EF SET English Certificate 71/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET), obtained in October 2022, as well as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in May 2022.
