Amber Aaron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, application management, and client service. Currently serving as the HSO Managed Services Team Lead at HSO since March 2024, Amber manages client portfolios and collaborates with technical teams to ensure optimal service delivery. Previously, Amber has held multiple roles at Alterra Mountain Company, specializing in enterprise application support and integration management, as well as at Frontier Airlines, where responsibilities included testing IVR systems, managing IT service desks, and providing application support. With a military background in the Army Reserves as an Information Technology Support Specialist and experience as a D365 F&O Functional Analyst at Summit Racing Equipment, Amber brings a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to continuous improvement within IT operations.
