Arden Hearing

Arden Hearing currently serves as the Head of Real Estate Development at Alterra Mountain Company since October 2024. Prior to this role, Arden held the position of Executive General Manager for Development in the West Region USA at Lendlease from 2019 to 2024. Arden has also served as a Partner at Forty Six North Advisors from 2018 to 2019, and was the Managing Director at Trumark Urban from 2011 to 2018. Previous experience includes the role of Senior Vice President at Trumark Companies between 2006 and 2011, and Vice President at Regional Land Company from 2002 to 2006. Arden holds a degree from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design (AMDP), a BA in Business Administration from UW Foster School of Business, and a Certificate in Intensive Spanish Language from Universidad de Salamanca.
