Keelan Sears

Keelan Sears currently serves as a Scrum Master and Release Manager at Alterra Mountain Company, emphasizing the implementation of the Scrum Framework and facilitating team progress towards project objectives. With a background in Quality Assurance, Keelan previously directed QA processes and acted as Scrum Master for a team of eight. Early experience includes a QA Tester role at TeamSnap, where Keelan tested user-oriented features and managed project backlogs, as well as an internship focused on test case management software. Keelan is pursuing an Associate of Science degree at Front Range Community College and has also attended the University of Colorado Boulder.
