Susan Via is an experienced Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Project Manager at RealPage, Inc. since August 2020, specializing in coaching high-performing development teams in SAFe Agile practices to deliver quality projects in property management technology. With a diverse background, Susan has served as an International Advisory Council Member and Small Business Coach for the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women, focusing on entrepreneurship training in Afghanistan and Rwanda. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Technology Program Management at Travel Leaders Group, Strategic Program Manager at Verizon, and various marketing positions at Brink’s, Inc. and Sabre Corporation, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced customer experience and product marketing. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing, International Business, and Spanish from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by training from the International Sommelier Guild and studies at Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad de Guadalajara.
