Krista Sprenger

Krista Sprenger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the real estate and development industry. Krista is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Alterra Mountain Company since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a partner at Zuma Bay Properties starting from 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Executive Vice President, Commercial and Mixed-Use Development at McWHINNEY.

Before these roles, Krista worked at Lendlease for several years, where they served as Senior Vice President, Development - Los Angeles from 2019 to 2020. Krista also held the positions of General Manager - Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Solutions from 2013 to 2019, Head of Sustainability, Americas from 2011 to 2013, Project Director - Horizon Uptown from 2009 to 2012, and Development Manager - Community Infrastructure & Services from 2007 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Krista worked at Emergency World, LLC as the VP - Director of Product Development from 1998 to 2007 and at Techniques.org as the Founder / Director Product Development from 2001 to 2003.

Krista Sprenger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, both of which were obtained from Regis University. Krista graduated with honors (cum laude) from Regis University. Additionally, Krista Sprenger has completed the Green Building Certificate Program from Colorado State University. Krista also holds a LEED AP Building Design + Construction certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which they obtained in 2008.
