Sylvia Garcia Mullins serves as the Global Payroll Director for Shared Services at Alterra Mountain Company since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sylvia held the position of Global Payroll Project Sr Manager at Visa from June 2018 to August 2021, focusing on domestic and global projects. From November 2009 to June 2018, Sylvia worked as a Global Payroll Project Manager at CH2M HILL, overseeing all payroll global projects, including project planning and team coordination. Earlier career experiences include serving as Payroll Manager at Ceridian from February 2005 to July 2009, where Sylvia managed payroll tax, accounting, and garnishment teams, and as a Payroll Consultant at PayTech between June 2004 and February 2005, assisting clients with payroll conversions. Sylvia began the professional journey at Capital Metro as Payroll Manager, responsible for managing payroll for both the Authority and Union payrolls from January 2000 to June 2004.
