Tamera Rynshoven

Tamera Rynshoven is an experienced leader in project and change management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Capital Project Governance at Alterra Mountain Company since February 2019. Tamera has previous experience in strategic IT initiatives, having held roles such as Director of IT PMO and Finance and Information Systems Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing large teams and managing project portfolios. Prior to Alterra, Tamera worked at Denver Public Schools, advancing through positions from Senior IT Project Manager to Senior IT Program & Change Manager, where notable contributions included leading the 1:1 Device Rollout Change Initiative. Tamera's career began at HP, where roles included Project Manager and Technical Account Manager, focusing on multimillion-dollar projects and technical support for enterprise clients. Tamera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
