Mark Gannon

Mark Gannon is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Alterra Property Group since December 2019, Mark has progressed through various roles, including Vice President and Senior Associate in the same department. Prior to Alterra, Mark worked at Exeter Property Group as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Acquisitions Associate from June 2018 to December 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions at AEW as Assistant Vice President and Associate in the Direct Investment Group from January 2016 to May 2018, and a role as Senior Analyst at Hamilton Lane from July 2013 to December 2015. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2009 and 2013, and completed education at St. Joseph's Prep from 2005 to 2009.
