Sean Christman

Sean Christman is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate acquisitions and capital markets. Currently serving as an IOS Acquisitions Analyst at Alterra Property Group since November 2022, Sean has previously held roles including Industrial Capital Markets Analyst at JLL from June 2021 to November 2022, and Summer Analyst in Multifamily Acquisitions at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. in June 2020. Sean also gained valuable experience as a Capital Markets Intern at JLL in 2019. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021, and attended Malvern Preparatory School from 2012 to 2017.
