Focused on low building coverage sites with large, stabilized yard space to accommodate an array of uses such as vehicle, material, and equipment storage, Alterra brings an institutional comprehension of the municipal & logistical complexities in securing mission-critical real estate for the often-overlooked sectors of the U.S. industrial landscape.

Since 2005 Alterra has acquired and managed dozens of mixed use and residential properties from sourcing to design, execution and management. Alterra is vertically integrated and controls the entire value creation process from acquisition to disposition, with expertise in structuring complex transactions and in-house project design, construction oversight, leasing and management.

The Accounting and Finance Team at Alterra Property Group is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company’s operations. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning for both the residential/mixed-use development (APG Living) and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) divisions. The team ensures accurate and timely investor reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and provides strategic financial insights to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Key roles include Chief Financial Officer - IOS, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and various senior and property accountants.
