Jim Logerquist

Jim Logerquist has a strong background in human resources and employee relations. Jim started their career as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Marathon Oil Corporation in 1981. Jim then moved on to Morgan Products LTD as a Human Resource Director, where they were responsible for all HR and Labor Relations activities. In 1996, they joined Chiquita Processed Foods as a Human Resource Director, overseeing HR activities and Labor Relations for the Western US Region. In 2003, they joined Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. as the Director of Labor and Employee Relations, handling all Corporate HR, Risk, and Labor Relations activities. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Alter Trading Corporation.

Jim Logerquist earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication - Business from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Jim then pursued a Masters of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1979 to 1981.
