Kim Ginter joined Rocky Mountain Health Care Services in February 2017. She has more than 25 years’ experience in management and human resources within the non-profit sector. Following 18 years with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), she joined the National Conference of State Legislatures as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to her time with NSCA, Ginter was with the American Numismatic Association for ten years. Kim has a degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University and has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management since 2000. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening and traveling.
