Maged Tadros

Maged A. Tadros has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Maged has worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Edita Food Industries, where they were responsible for leading the turnaround and growth of the company's HR function. Maged also played a key role in the company's successful IPO and implemented strategic HR functions such as job analysis and evaluation, compensation strategies, and updated benefits portfolios.

Prior to their role at Edita Food Industries, Maged worked as the Human Resources Development Manager at Al Ahram Beverages/Heineken, where they were responsible for organizational development and competency-based HR management. Maged designed and implemented a comprehensive competency framework during their time there.

Maged also has experience as a principal consultant at Skopos ME Consulting, where they assisted in launching and administering a culture survey and conducted interviews and content analysis to identify improvement areas within organizations. Maged has also worked as a human resources consultant at The Innovative Group INC and as a training and development senior supervisor at Vodafone Telecommunications.

Earlier in their career, Maged worked as a human resources officer at Vodafone, where they were involved in selection and recruitment processes and designed and established the company's performance management system and job competency model. Maged also has experience as a teacher and trainer at H and as a room clerk at Nile Hilton Hotel.

Maged A. Tadros attended Ashbrook High School and earned a High School Diploma in 1982. Maged then went on to enroll at Helwan University in Cairo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
