Scott Erickson Sphr

Scott Erickson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing complex employment issues and fostering organizational trust. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at Alter Trading since June 2019, Scott previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Continental Plastic Corp, where collaborations with executives and audits led to improved departmental practices. As HR Manager at Jamco Products, Scott successfully facilitated the integration of new systems following an acquisition and redefined the HR department's role as a strategic partner. Earlier experience includes work as a Human Resource Generalist at Southern Imperial, Inc., where Scott contributed to workforce expansion during a corporate acquisition.
