Susanna Björklund

Susanna Björklund is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people strategy and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Nordic & Baltic at Epiroc since April 2024, Susanna previously held the role of Head of People Strategy at Instabee, leading significant organizational changes following the merger of Budbee and Instabox. Prior to Instabee, Susanna worked at Instabox in various capacities including Group HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, where management of a global team and participation in the People & Culture Management team were key responsibilities. As Chief Operating Officer at Zington, Susanna contributed to digital consultancy initiatives, while earlier experiences included roles at Proximo Rekrytering and Bain & Company, focusing on recruitment and finance. Susanna holds a degree in Finance from Stockholm University and completed the Social Science program at Hersby Gymnasium.
