Chhavi Saxena

Chhavi Saxena is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across multiple companies. Currently with Trifacta since October 2019, Chhavi has previously held key HR roles at SpotDraft, Noodle.ai, Cuemath, Simplotel, ServiceNow, and Morarka Organic Foods Limited. Chhavi has a proven track record in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and establishing HR departments from the ground up, while also being instrumental in recruitment, employee engagement, and the rollout of HR systems such as HRIS Greytip and Workday. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Rajasthan.
