Georgia Shearman

Georgia Shearman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Sr. People Support Specialist at Alteryx since April 2021, following roles as Sr. People Operations Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to Alteryx, Georgia spent nearly seven years at Larbey Evans as a Senior Consultant, specializing in legal recruitment and leading the temporary and locum lawyer division. Earlier career positions include Administrative Assistant at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where responsibilities included supporting HR initiatives, and HR Administrator at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Politics from Kingston University and graduated from The Godolphin & Latymer School.
