Ross Morpeth

Ross Morpeth is an experienced professional in customer success and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Customer Success Team for APJ at Alteryx since April 2021. Previous positions include Manager and Team Lead within the same organization, as well as Strategic Customer Success Manager, where Ross facilitated impactful breakthroughs for diverse clients. Before Alteryx, Ross worked at Digital Reasoning as Key Account Director and Program Manager, focusing on AI-powered solutions for major banks in Australia, Singapore, the US, and the UK. Ross's career also includes a management consulting role at Accenture, specializing in AI strategy for prominent banks and insurance firms, along with consultancy at PwC, where significant projects included leading AI governance for Europe's largest IBM Watson implementation. Ross holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Lancaster University.
