Oana Marinescu

Oana Marinescu has extensive work experience in the legal field. Oana is currently the Legal Director at ALTEX Romania since November 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of the General Legal Assistance and Litigations Department at Patria Bank SA from May 2017 to March 2019. Oana also has experience in the legal divisions of various banks, including Banca Comerciala Carpatica, GARANTI BANK SA, Bancpost, and HVB Tiriac Bank. Oana has held positions such as Director, Executive Director, and Head of Legal Department in these organizations. In addition, Oana has worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Actavis Romania and Banca Turco Romana SA. Oana started their legal career as a Legal Advisor at DIEKAT and Romlease SA.

Oana Marinescu completed their Master of Laws degree from the University of Bucharest between 1990 and 1994. Oana specialized in the field of Law during their time at the university.
