Roxana-Cristiana Pacearca

Roxana-Cristiana Pacearca has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial sector. Roxana-Cristiana began their career at ProCredit Bank as a Retail Analyst in the Banking Services Department, where they provided operational support to branches and agencies. Roxana-Cristiana then joined CEC Bank as an Account Officer, responsible for promoting and selling active and passive bank products. Roxana-Cristiana also served as a Cards Officer at CEC Bank, overseeing various card-related operations and promoting card products. Roxana-Cristiana later became an Agency Manager at CEC Bank, followed by a role as Product Manager, where they developed and implemented new passive products and services. After that, they worked at TBI Credit IFN as a Project Manager, focusing on credit card product strategy and process efficiency. Currently, Roxana-Cristiana is a Project Manager in the Financial Department at ALTEX Romania, responsible for developing online payment strategies and implementing new partnerships.

Roxana-Cristiana Pacearca received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2008. Their specialization during this time was in Banking and Stock Exchange within the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchange. Roxana-Cristiana went on to pursue a Master's degree in Banks and Insurance (BANCAS) from the same institution, completing their studies in 2010.
