Stefan Matei has extensive work experience in various roles related to product ownership, agile methodologies, and project management.

Stefan worked at ALTEX Romania as an Agile Product Owner, where they focused on reducing purchase flow and order processing times, increasing conversion rates, and implementing Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Stefan was responsible for backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and Jira administration.
