Olga Husarova (Kobzar)

Olga Husarova (Kobzar) has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Olga started their career at Ukreximbank in 2006, working in the Mortgage Support Department. In 2007, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as the Deputy Head of Loans Administration Department and Lead economist of Loans Administration Department. Olga managed teams, planned work processes, and participated in pilot projects involving new software. In 2012, Olga became an Account Manager at Stella Systems, where they collaborated with MedeAnalytics Inc on a web-based SaaS solution for the healthcare industry. Olga developed customer-specific analytic solutions based on a common platform and MS SQL Server Data Warehouse and Analysis Service OLAP database. In 2014, they joined AltexSoft as a Project Manager and later progressed to Delivery Manager and Delivery Director roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations.

Olga Husarova (Kobzar) obtained their Master of Science degree in Economical Cybernetics from the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 2001 and 2006. During their time at the university, they were part of the Applied Mathematics and Management Department. In addition to their academic qualifications, Olga has also obtained certifications in Program and Portfolio Management from ICAgile in November 2017 and in Project Management from Brainbench in March 2014.
