Alka Sharma

Alka Sharma has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Alka currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Altezzasys Systems since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Mobulous Technologies Pvt Ltd from January 2021 to October 2022. Alka also served as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Travel Unravel Holidays Pvt Ltd from April 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Avantha Technologies from July 2018 to April 2019, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Optimal Careers from November 2016 to June 2018.

Alka Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Delhi University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
