Alistair Maclay has been working in the finance industry since 1994. Alistair began their career as an Analyst at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank). In 1996, they moved to NatWest Markets Plc -Acquired by Bankers Trust, BT Alex Brown, where they were the Head of European Equities in New York. In 2001, they joined Bank of New York- now BNY Mellon as Global Portfolio Trading, where they supervised a global portfolio sales and trading desk which grew to provide $30bn of customer liquidity trading annually, managed relationships with several of the world's largest institutional money managers, and worked on launching electronic trading system for global portfolio trading. In 2004, they moved to Seward Capital Partners LLC as an Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager. In 2010, they joined Private Office investment and risk management as Family Office Investments. Currently, they are a Partner at Althea Group.
Alistair Maclay attended the University of Oxford from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. Their field of study was also Philosophy, Politics & Economics.
