Jenny M Chan

Jenny M Chan has over 25 years of work experience. Jenny M began their career in 1994 at Deutsche Bank (formerly Bankers Trust) as an Assistant Vice President in the Private Bank. In 2000, they joined American Express as a Director, where they served as Chief of Staff to the CTO and was a Product Manager for Consumer Cards Digital Acquisition. In 2009, they moved to Goldman Sachs as a Vice President. In 2015, they joined Althea Group as a Partner, Strategy and Execution, where they consulted at top tier banks, conducted proof of concept and integration of FinTech solutions, and managed regulatory change. In 2018, they became a Board Member at The Forerunner Group (RxTransparent acquired by OMERS), where they steered through a successful exit and led and completed due diligence for a target company during M&A.

Jenny M Chan has a BSC in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Penn State University and a High School degree from UWC South East Asia. Jenny M also has two certifications, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2008, and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in June 2020.
