Rob Sinclair

Rob Sinclair has over 16 years of work experience. Rob began their career at UPS as an IT Manager, where they worked from July 2004 to September 2013. In 2013, they joined Sky as an Operations Manager, where they stayed until February 2015. Sinclair then moved to HOMAG as an Operations Manager from February 2015 to April 2017. Rob joined the Altia-ABM Group as a Group Operations Manager in April 2017 and served in that role until January 2018. From January 2018 to July 2020, Sinclair worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Altia before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. Throughout their career, Sinclair has been responsible for developing business strategies, overseeing operations, and implementing company directives.

Rob Sinclair earned a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Coventry University between the years 2010 and 2013. Later, from 2018 to 2021, they attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) to complete the Chartered Director Programme.
