Pekka Tennilä started their career in 1995 at Leaf Confectionary in a marketing role. Pekka then joined Kellogg Company in 1998, where they worked in marketing and sales. In 2001, they joined Carlsberg Group and held various positions, including Marketing at Sinebrychoff and Exports Director at Sinebrychoff. From 2008 to 2011, they served as CEO of Saku Brewery Estonia. Pekka then became VP of Sales & Marketing at Carlsberg Baltics and eventually CEO of Carlsberg Baltics & Aldaris, Latvia from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Altia as CEO, a leading Nordic alcoholic beverage brand company. Pekka also served as a member of the board at Elintarviketeollisuusliitto ry, Raisio, and Marketing Finland. Since September 2021, Pekka Tennilä has been the CEO of Anora Group Plc.
Pekka Tennilä earned their Masters Degree in International Marketing from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Pekka attended the university from 1990 to 1995.
