Heidi Solheim

Heidi Solheim possesses extensive experience in business analysis and educational technology, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst at Altibox AS since May 2012. Prior roles include Learning Designer, Educational Technologist, and Web Officer at the University of Southampton from February 2004 to May 2012, as well as European Desk Team Leader and Multi-lingual Data Support Engineer at Wireless Data Services from August 2001 to February 2004. Educational credentials include a MSc in Computer Based Learning and Training from the University of Southampton, a PGCERT in Online and Distance Education from The Open University, and a BA with honors in German with Sociology and Humanistic Informatics from the University of Bergen. Additionally, Heidi completed a part-time course in Dutch for beginners at the University of Southampton.
