Even Karlsen

Even Karlsen has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Even started their career in 1997 at ElTele Rogaland, where they worked as a Manager Network Planning until 2000. Even then moved on to Song Networks and TDC Song, where they held the role of Operation Manager from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Altibox AS as a Product Manager/Design and Support until 2009, and then transitioned to the role of Manager Business Process and IT, which they held until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Head of Product and Process Development at Altibox AS. Finally, they took on the position of Product Manager for home networks and Project Manager for the renewal program of Altibox CPE, starting in 2014.

Even Karlsen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Stavanger during the years 1985 to 1988. Later, they pursued their Executive Master of Management degree with a specialization in Teamwork and Leadership at BI Norwegian Business School from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Master of Management degree in Finance for Decision Makers from the same institution between 2010 and 2011. Furthermore, they completed an Executive Master of Management program with a focus on Project Management at BI Norwegian Business School from 2011 to 2012. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification in 2014, the Scrum Master certification in 2011, and the ITIL v2 Foundation certification in 2005.
