Mabel Moya has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mabel started their career at Santander Consumer Bank as a Customer Retention Leader & Value Proposition Manager from November 2014 to September 2015. Mabel then joined NHO - Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon in October 2014 for their Global Future Leadership Program until February 2016, where they underwent leadership and boardroom competence development.

In 2014, Mabel also served as the President of The Venezuelan-Norwegian Association until 2017. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Chairman of the Board at Stavangers Tekna-barnehage.

Mabel joined Altibox AS in October 2015 as a CRM Manager and worked until April 2018. Mabel then became the Commercial Operations Leader from April 2018 to May 2020 and subsequently served as the Deputy Chief Commercial Officer from May to November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Branding and Customer Management at Altibox AS since November 2020.

Also in 2004, Mabel attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School to further their education in marketing strategy. Mabel completed another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree focused on Marketing Strategy in 2005.

In 2015, Mabel attended the Wine & Spirit Education Trust to earn a Level 3 Award in Sake, acquiring expertise as a Sake Sommelier.

Most recently, in 2022, Mabel participated in the Brand Strategy Masterclass offered by the Mars Brand Propulsion Laboratory, though no specific field of study is provided for this program.
