Balaji Balasubramanian

Balaji Balasubramanian serves as President and Chief Product Officer for SAP Customer Experience and Consumer Industries from March 2023 to January 2025, overseeing the entire Customer Experience portfolio, including key products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with the Consumer Industries portfolio.
