Francisco Costa

Francisco Costa has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Platform Development Manager and Division Manager at Altice Labs since 2007. Previously, Francisco was a Software Engineer Team Lead at PT Inovação from 2004 to 2007, focusing on NGIN platform development and solution deployment, and worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from 1999 to 2003, involved in the development of intelligent network platforms and instantiation of NGIN solutions across various international telecommunications operators. Earlier in their career, Francisco contributed to European telecommunications mobile networks projects as a Telecommunications Engineer at Instituto de Telecomunicações from 1993 to 1998, and was a post-graduation student at Universidade de Aveiro from 1991 to 1992. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Systems from Universidade de Aveiro (1994-1996) and an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the same institution (1986-1991).
