Paulo Jesus

Paulo Jesus has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Division Manager at PT Inovação since April 2009. Previously, Paulo held the position of RF Planning Engineer/Consultant at Portugal Telecom Inovação from July 2000 to January 2010, where responsibilities included project management and consultancy on radio planning and optimization for GSM/GPRS and UMTS technologies. Prior to that, Paulo worked as an RF Engineer at Lucent Technologies, leading a GSM optimization team, and began a career in R&D engineering at Instituto Telecomunicações focusing on European projects from 1996 to 1999. Paulo holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2001, and another Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, and Telecommunications from the same institution, obtained in 1996.
