Pedro Carvalho

Pedro Carvalho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and product development within the telecommunications sector. Since January 1999, Pedro has been serving as the Head of Innovation Ecosystem Management at Altice Labs, leading Open Innovation initiatives through partnerships with universities, SMEs, and startups, while also heading the ENTER Startup Program. Prior roles include Director of BSS Product Development, Director of Development of Services and Business Intelligence Solutions, and Director of Integration of Systems and Services, each focusing on various aspects of technology deployment and management. Previous experience includes a tenure as an R&D Engineer at Portugal Telecom's CET and a Product Engineer at Texas Instruments. Pedro holds an Executive Course in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, and an Engineer's Degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, both from Universidade de Aveiro.
