Tiffany Beers

Tiffany Beers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the footwear and technology industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Innovation at VF Corporation since December 2025, Tiffany also contributes to the School of Engineering Board of Visitors at Penn State Erie. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Logitech, where achievements included the successful scaling of engineering teams and implementing sustainability practices in gaming audio engineering. As an advisor and head of product at Saysh, Tiffany played a pivotal role in developing Olympic footwear. Experience at Tesla as a Technical Program Manager focused on factory design and automation, and a lengthy tenure at Nike encompassed various engineering and innovation leadership positions, culminating in the development of notable product innovations. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
