Aaron Thomas

Aaron Thomas is an accomplished training and learning technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director of Training Programs at Altice USA since February 2024, Aaron oversees training initiatives to enhance customer service and product delivery for Optimum. Previously, Aaron held various leadership roles at AT&T for two decades, spearheading training teams and learning technology operations to improve employee engagement and business outcomes. Notable achievements include the development of a custom Learning Experience Platform and the execution of impactful training programs. Aaron began his career as a Sr. System Administrator at WilTel Communications and has a foundational background in performing arts management at Union Public Schools. Aaron holds a BA in Speech from Northeastern State University, completed in 1995.
