Eric Richko

Eric Richko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care operations and instructional design. Currently serving as the Senior Director at Altice USA since December 2015, Eric has held multiple leadership positions focusing on customer care processes and quality assurance. Formerly a Manager of Learning Design at Cablevision, Eric has successfully coordinated training initiatives and developed curricula across various departments. With a background that includes roles in instructional design at MSC Industrial Supply and National Grid, as well as leadership experience as President of the Board of Directors for Fisherman’s Wharf Cooperative, Eric has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, training development, and stakeholder management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and a diploma in Polish Studies from Jagiellonian University.
