Jean-Pierre Dumas currently serves as the SVP of Customer Retention at Altice USA, a leading broadband and video services provider in the United States, where leadership includes overseeing operations and managing P&L for over 1,000 employees. Previously, Jean-Pierre held various senior roles at Spectrum, including Vice President of Call Center Operations, Vice President of Marketing and Sales Enablement, and Vice President of Customer Retention, where significant contributions included expanding call center teams and implementing innovative retention strategies. Experience also includes serving as Director of Offline Sales and Customer Experience at Expedia, and earlier roles at Charter Communications and Comcast Cable. Jean-Pierre holds multiple degrees in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, including a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
