James Petrone

James Petrone has extensive experience in the technical support field, having held various management and leadership positions at both Altice USA and Restoration Hardware. James has been with Altice USA since January 2011, where James currently serves as the Manager of the Escalations Team & Advanced Support Team. Prior to that, James worked at Restoration Hardware as an Associate Store Manager. James is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
