Jeff Casteel

Jeff Casteel has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Access Tech III - DOCSIS at Altice USA since June 2015, where responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining the Suddenlink Communication Network, along with administering and installing various CMTS platforms. Previously, Jeff held the position of DOCSIS Engineer II at Suddenlink Communications from July 2012, performing similar functions. Jeff began a career at Cox Communications in August 2000, progressing through roles such as Field Service Supervisor and Data Transmission Technician II - Lead, focusing on customer service quality and team development. Jeff's educational background includes studies at Tulsa Community College from 1999 to 2001.
