Mark Allen

Mark Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark currently holds the position of Chief Product and Innovations Officer at Altigen Communications, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for driving innovative technology solutions and developing strategic alliances.

Prior to Altigen, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Panda Communications, where they created and managed the company, focusing on the development of coreInteract, a cloud-based Contact Center for voice and messaging Apps.

Mark served as the Pre-Sales Director, Global, at OBT Anywhere (USA) from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they developed the Go-To-Market strategy for OBT's Global Hosted UC Market and delivered workshops for pre-sales and sales training.

Before OBT, Mark worked as the President/CEO of Prometheus Networks from 2002 to 2012. Mark created the Go-To-Market strategy for a hosted UC pertaining to Lync and the Microsoft Communications stack and presented the Lync and UC strategy for Microsoft at multiple hosting summits and product events.

Mark began their career as a Systems Administrator at Beneficial Financial Group in 1999, where they managed various server systems and created a Business Resumption and Disaster Plan. Mark also worked as the Director of IT at Dryloc in 2007, handling the installation and configuration of various IT infrastructure.

Lastly, Mark served as a Senior Network Engineer at Microservices from 1998 to 1999, where they provided IT solutions for business needs and built or reconfigured networks.
