Yusuf Khan is an experienced formulation and process engineer currently employed at Modavar Pharmaceuticals LLC since 2019, where innovative techniques in wet extrusion/spheronization and coating formulations have been developed. Prior to this role, Khan served as a research scientist at Vici Health Sciences (2017-2019), focusing on immediate and extended release product formulations, and gained experience with various pharmaceutical equipment. An undergraduate researcher at the University of Maryland from May 2016 to May 2017, Khan conducted simulations to explore ceramide bilayer properties. Additionally, a summer research intern at the National Institutes of Health (2013-2015), contributions included investigating the effects of PDE3B on inflammasome expression in mice.
