Pooja Chandrasekhar, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee experience and culture. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Experience & Culture at Altisource since November 2021, Pooja has previously held key roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Lead - Human Resources at Sungard Availability Services, and Senior Specialist - Human Resources at Fidelity Investments. Pooja began the HR career as an HR Specialist at CorporateConnexions after a summer internship at Avasarala Technologies Ltd., where foundational HR skills were developed. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Christ University, Bangalore.
