Nevena Ouzas

Nevena Ouzas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nevena has held various positions at Altis Recruitment and Altis Technology Recruitment. At Altis Recruitment, they served as the VP of Service Delivery & Operations from December 2021 onwards. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Delivery from November 2020 to November 2021. At Altis Technology Recruitment, they held the position of Managing Director of IT Services from March 2017 to November 2020. Before that, they worked as the Manager of IT Services from January 2014 to March 2017 and as a Senior Account Manager of IT Services from July 2012 to December 2013. Nevena's career began at Altis Recruitment in September 2010 as a Recruiting & Marketing Strategist.

Nevena Ouzas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Contemporary Studies with a minor in Marketing Management at Ryerson University from 2004 to 2008. Nevena also obtained a Wine & Spirit Education Trust Certificate, Level 1 from The Art Institute of Vancouver. Additionally, they have taken courses in Successfully Managing People at the Canadian Management Centre and holds a Dale Carnegie Course Certificate from Dale Carnegie Training.
