Harwell joined Neal & Harwell in 1996 focusing on civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, corporate independent investigations and crisis management. Harwell is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School and is a Fellow of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. An active member of the Nashville community, Harwell serves as a commissioner of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority and as a board member of the Middle Tennessee Council of Boy Scouts of America.
