Kathryn Eichhorn is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a strong background in managing production teams and driving efficiency improvements. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Altium Packaging, Kathryn has previously held key positions at Nestlé Purina North America as Production Manager, and at Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC, where Kathryn held roles as Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager. Notable achievements include overseeing production performance metrics across diverse manufacturing environments, leading new product launches, and implementing process enhancements that significantly improved productivity and reduced costs. Kathryn also possesses expertise in quality management, equipment optimization, and team development, supported by a dual Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
